How do I order?

1. At the top of any page, click "Main Menu" or any department. Then click on any style's photo for details and a closer look at it.
2. To purchase an item, first add it to your Shopping Cart. Remember to specify the color, size and quantity before you click "Add to Cart".
3. Each time you add an item to your Shopping Cart, we'll show you its entire contents so far. You can then continue shopping, or go to Checkout.
4. Before you checkout, we'll ask if you live in New York State. That's just so we can calculate sales tax, if any. At that point, you'll have a choice of ways to place your order.

Do I need an e-mail address in order to purchase?
No, but provide yours if you can. If you don't enter an e-mail address on the order form, we will still process your order. Please give us your phone or fax number, so that we can contact you quickly if there is any question or problem.

Can I place an order by phone or fax?
Yes. During the Checkout process, choose the appropriate form and follow the on-screen instructions.

How do you ship?
LegwearDirect.com ships all products via UPS Ground. Shipments are typically sent out within 3 business days of receiving your order, with delivery 7-10 days after that. Your address must be able to accept UPS delivery. If it is not, please provide us with an alternate address to ship to.

How do I check the status of an order?
When you place an order, LegwearDirect.com will send you an e-mail message to confirm that your order has been received. If you do not receive the confirming e-mail within 24 hours, or do not recieve your order after 14 days, please contact our Customer Service department toll free at 1-877-LEGDIRCT (1-877-534-3472) or by email to customerservice@legweardirect.com.

What is your Satisfaction Guarantee?
We guarantee you will be satisfied with any product you buy at LegwearDirect.com. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact our Customer Service department within 30 days, and we will refund the purchase price including shipping. We ask that you return the merchandise with the original product packaging, so that we can determine the nature of the problem.

How do I return merchandise?

Does my browser need JavaScript?
JavaScript is not required in order to browse or shop at LegwearDirect.com. We might use it here and there to make our site more convenient (such as automatically giving you a shopping cart if you enter at an interior page), but JavaScript is not necessary if you arrived at our "front door."

Do you use "cookies"?
No, we do not use cookies for our Shopping Cart process or any other reason. (If you're curious, "cookies" are small amounts of information that a site can store on your computer for the site's own reference.)

My Shopping Cart has disappeared!
This can happen if you leave our site. You might be able to restore it by using your browser's "back" button (or maybe your software uses an arrow). If you bookmarked the site, using the bookmark may do the trick if you return within 48 hours.
    Or, this can happen if you return to the "Welcome" page during your visit (this is usually from using your Back button or clicking on our site map). If you then click on a link at the Welcome page, that gives you a new shopping cart, appearing to empty the old one. But the old one's still there. Simply use your back/forward button or history list to retrace your steps. Then click "Check Cart" to confirm it worked.

How do I get to a certain part of your site?
You should be able to reach any part of our site by clicking on a menu at the top or at the bottom of your screen. If you're lost, go to "Main Menu". But if you have items in your shopping cart, please don't manually retype our home page address (www.legweardirect.com). As you may have noticed, your shopping cart information is stored in that line as you travel through our site, and the information will be lost if you manually retype the URL.

How do I care for the product(s)?
Follow the washing instructions on the product or package. If not available, please wash by hand as you would other washable delicates, or contact Customer Service with any question.

Who makes LegwearDirect.com products?
All products sold at LegwearDirect.com are made in our own factory in the USA, with few exceptions if any. If the product is imported, it will say so on the package and in the online description for that style.
